Summary

This study is testing if a new surgical step can make gallbladder removal surgery safer. Doctors will carefully preserve a small artery during the operation to see if it reduces internal bleeding afterward. The study will enroll 200 patients with painful gallbladder stones and use ultrasound scans to check for complications after surgery.
