Summary
This study looks at whether a 5-session group training program can help active-duty Soldiers become more mentally tough and avoid harmful behaviors. About 2400 Soldiers at Fort Hood will take surveys over a year, with half receiving the training. The goal is to see who benefits most and whether the training reduces risky actions and poor performance.
