Summary
This study aims to create better systems and routines for safe medication use in people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Researchers are working with 110 participants from municipal disability services to map current medication practices and develop improved guidelines. The goal is to reduce medication errors and improve communication between caregivers, doctors, and pharmacists.
