Summary

This study looks at two different exercise programs for people with sacroiliac joint pain, a common cause of lower back and buttock pain. Researchers will compare adding either core stability exercises or special movement training to standard physical therapy. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves daily function over 8 weeks.
