First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study will test two different exercise programs for people with sacroiliac joint pain, a common cause of lower back and buttock pain. Researchers want to see if adding either core stability exercises or special movement training to standard physical therapy works better for reducing pain and improving daily function. About 36 adults aged 18 to 45 with at least 3 months of pain will take part, doing their assigned exercises three times a week for 8 weeks.
