First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests two different hands-on treatments—myofascial release and joint mobilization—for women with sacroiliac joint dysfunction, a common cause of lower back pain. About 42 women aged 18 to 65 will receive one of these therapies plus standard physical therapy for six weeks. Researchers will measure pain, balance, and spine movement to see which approach works better.
