First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving two drugs (sacituzumab tirumotecan and toripalimab) before surgery can shrink tumors in people with stage II-IIIB non-small cell lung cancer. About 38 adults whose cancer lacks certain genetic changes will receive the combination, then have surgery. The main goal is to see how many patients have no cancer left in their removed tissue.
