New combo therapy targets hard-to-treat breast cancer

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, Sac-TMT and Tagitanlimab, in people with a type of advanced breast cancer called triple negative breast cancer that has a specific marker (PD-L1 positive). The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors or slows the cancer's growth. About 47 adults whose cancer has not responded to prior treatment will take part.
