Summary

This study tested a new drug called sabatolimab added to standard chemotherapy for people with intermediate to very high risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), a type of blood cancer. The main goal was to check safety and side effects. A total of 39 adults took part, but the study was stopped early. The approach aims to control the disease rather than cure it.
