Summary
This study tested a new drug called S65487 combined with azacitidine in 57 adults with untreated acute myeloid leukemia who were not healthy enough for intensive treatment. The goal was to see if the combination is safe and can help achieve complete remission. The trial has completed, and results will show how well the treatment works and what side effects occur.
