Summary
This study tests a new antibody drug, S095029, combined with the immunotherapy pembrolizumab in people with advanced stomach or gastro-esophageal junction cancer that has a specific genetic feature (MSI-H/dMMR). The trial aims to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors. About 48 participants will receive the drugs every three weeks.
