New drug combo shows promise for tough stomach cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called S095029 combined with pembrolizumab in people with advanced stomach or gastro-esophageal junction cancer that has a specific genetic feature (MSI-H/dMMR). The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors. About 48 adults who have not had more than one prior treatment will take part.
