Summary

This study is testing a new drug called S-531011 for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug, given alone or with other cancer therapies, can shrink tumors. It is for adults who have run out of standard treatment options.
