New drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat blood cancers

Summary
This early-phase study tests the safety of combining two drugs, ruxolitinib and duvelisib, in people with T- or NK-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatments. About 70 participants will receive the drugs to find the best dose and see if the combination can control the cancer. The goal is disease control, not a cure, as ongoing management is expected.
