Summary
This study tested a new immunotherapy called RUTI, given alongside standard antibiotics, for people with active lung tuberculosis. The goal was to see if it could help the immune system fight the bacteria more effectively and speed up recovery. 41 adults took part in this Phase 2 trial, which focused on safety and how quickly the treatment cleared the bacteria from their sputum.
