Summary

This study tested whether a specific type of electrical stimulation, called Russian Current, could help people regain hand strength and function after surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome. It involved 52 adults who had weakness after their surgery. Researchers compared the effects of this electrical therapy on grip strength, pain, and the ability to perform everyday hand tasks.
