Summary

This study will test whether a 24-week recreational team handball program can improve walking ability and reduce leg pain in men aged 60-80 with peripheral artery disease (PAD). Participants will be randomly assigned to either the handball program or usual care. The main goal is to see if the handball group can walk farther in a 6-minute test, with follow-ups at 12 and 24 weeks.
