Is running outside better for you? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07494552
Summary
This study aims to understand if running in different environments—like on a treadmill indoors, on an outdoor road, or on grass—affects a person's stress levels, mood, and ability to focus. Researchers will have 30 healthy college students run in each of these three settings and measure their body's responses and mental state before and after. The goal is to see if natural outdoor settings provide more benefits for stress relief and mental sharpness compared to indoor running.
