Summary
This study tests a new drug called RTN-001 for people whose high blood pressure is not controlled by at least two other medications. About 280 adults will take either RTN-001 or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if RTN-001 lowers blood pressure more than a placebo and to check for any side effects.
