First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique (rTMS) combined with standard swallowing exercises can help patients who have trouble swallowing after a breathing tube is removed. Sixty adults will be randomly assigned to either swallowing training alone or swallowing training plus rTMS. The goal is to improve oral feeding ability and reduce complications like pneumonia.
