Summary

This study tests a new treatment called repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) for Veterans with severe stimulant use disorder. About 106 participants will receive either real or sham rTMS to see if it reduces relapse rates. The goal is to find a safe, effective option for a condition with no FDA-approved treatments.
