Summary

This study tests whether adding repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) to standard rehabilitation can improve leg movement and reduce muscle stiffness in children with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy. About 20 children aged 5 to 18 with mild to moderate walking difficulties will receive the treatment. The goal is to see if this brain stimulation approach can boost the benefits of physical therapy.
