Summary

This study is testing a new mRNA vaccine designed to protect older adults from Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), a common cause of serious lung infections. It will enroll 500 healthy participants aged 60 and older to check the vaccine's safety and how well it triggers an immune response. The study will also look at giving a booster shot one or two years after the first vaccination.
