Summary

This study is testing a new vaccine called LYB005 to prevent serious illness from Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) in adults aged 60 and older. Researchers will give 700 participants either one of six different vaccine formulas or a placebo shot to compare how well their immune systems respond and to check for side effects. The main goal is to see if the vaccine safely triggers strong antibody production against RSV.
