Summary
This study tests a new vaccine called LYB005 to protect older adults (60 years and older) from respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), a common virus that can cause serious lung infections in seniors. About 700 participants will receive either the vaccine or a placebo to check if the vaccine is safe and triggers a strong immune response. The goal is to see if this vaccine can help prevent RSV disease in this age group.
