Scottish health records to reveal if Mom's RSV shot protects babies

NCT ID NCT07235397

Not yet recruiting Knowledge-focused Sponsor: Pfizer Source: ClinicalTrials.gov ↗

Summary

This study will use existing Scottish national health records to see if babies born to mothers who received the RSV vaccine (ABRYSVO) are less likely to be hospitalized with severe RSV infections in their first year of life. It will compare these infants to those whose mothers did not get the vaccine. The research will not involve recruiting new participants or collecting new data, but will analyze information already gathered through routine healthcare.
