Summary

This study tested a live, weakened RSV vaccine in healthy infants and toddlers aged 6 to 24 months in Puerto Rico. The main goal was to see if the vaccine virus spreads to other children in the same home or daycare, and to check its safety and immune response. 80 children took part, receiving either the vaccine or a placebo as nose drops.
