New RSV shot tested for easier storage and use
NCT ID NCT06473519
Summary
This study tested the safety and immune response of an RSV vaccine packaged in multidose vials, which are easier to store and transport. It compared the multidose version, which contains a preservative, to the standard single-dose version without a preservative. The trial involved 453 healthy, non-pregnant women aged 18-49 who received one shot and were followed for about six weeks.
