Summary

This study is testing an oral drug called S-337395 to see if it can help adults with RSV who are at high risk for severe illness. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce the amount of virus in the body and help people feel better faster. Participants are adults with recent RSV symptoms who are not in the hospital but have risk factors like being over 75 or having heart or lung disease.
