Healthy volunteers needed to test safety of new lung drug

This early-stage study tests a new drug called RSS0343 in 48 healthy adults to see if it is safe and how the body handles it. Participants take the drug or a placebo by mouth for a short time. The goal is to check for side effects and measure drug levels in the blood. This study does not treat any disease but is a necessary step before testing the drug in people with a lung condition called bronchiectasis.
