Summary
This is a very early study to check if a new oral drug called RSS0343 is safe for people. Researchers are giving it to 48 healthy volunteers to see what side effects occur and how the body absorbs and eliminates it. The main goal is to gather basic safety information before testing the drug in people who actually have the lung condition bronchiectasis.
