Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called RPT1G in 24 adults whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or high-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) have not responded to standard treatments or have returned. The main goals are to see if the drug is safe and to find the best dose. Researchers will closely monitor side effects and how the drug works in the body.
