Summary

This study aims to find the best way to treat retained pregnancy tissue (RPOC) to protect women's future fertility. Researchers will follow 600 women to see if using medication and carefully timing surgery reduces scarring inside the uterus compared to immediate surgery. The main goal is to see which approach leads to fewer complications and better chances of having a healthy pregnancy later.
