Modified virus fights advanced cancers in early safety trial

NCT ID NCT04735978

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new treatment called RP3, which is a genetically modified virus designed to attack cancer cells and boost the immune system. It will be given to about 123 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments, both by itself and combined with an immunotherapy drug. The main goals are to check the safety of RP3 and find the best dose for future studies.
