First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests whether injecting a new treatment called RP2 directly into tumors, along with standard chemotherapy (FLOT), is safe and works better than chemotherapy alone before surgery. It involves 34 adults with stage 2 or higher stomach or esophagus cancer that hasn't spread. The main goal is to see if the combination leads to no cancer remaining at the time of surgery.
