First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether injecting a new treatment called RP2 directly into stomach or esophageal tumors, along with standard chemotherapy (FLOT), is safe and works better than chemo alone before surgery. About 34 people with stage 2 or higher non-metastatic cancer will take part. The goal is to see if this combination can completely eliminate cancer cells in the removed tissue.
