NCT ID NCT07344103

First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a simple bedside test called the ROX index, measured before surgery, can help predict which patients will have low oxygen levels right after ear, nose, or throat surgery. Researchers will observe 80 adults undergoing planned septorhinoplasty or sinus surgery. The goal is to find a non-invasive way to identify at-risk patients early.
