Summary
This study aims to understand how daily habits like sleep, diet, and body composition affect the physical fitness and readiness of ROTC cadets. Researchers will measure these factors in about 45 cadets to see which lifestyle choices are linked to better performance. The goal is to gather knowledge to help future cadets stay healthy and meet their demanding training schedules.
