New study tests faster root canal method for Kids' baby teeth

Summary

This study looks at two methods for doing root canals (pulpectomy) on baby molars in children aged 5-7 with tooth nerve infection. One method uses a special rotating tool, the other uses hand tools. The goal is to see which works better and causes less pain. The study will follow 44 children for one year to check healing and comfort.
