Summary
This study tested a free chatbot called Rosie that answers pregnant women and new moms' health questions instantly using verified sources. 400 minority women aged 14+ who were pregnant or had an infant under 6 months used the chatbot on their phone or computer. The goal was to see if easy access to reliable information could reduce postpartum depression and emergency room visits while increasing well-baby checkups.
