Summary

This study tests a new drug called pumitamig, either alone or with another drug (ipilimumab), in people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 129 participants will receive the treatment to see if it is safe and helps shrink tumors. The goal is to control the cancer, not cure it.
