Summary
This study tested whether drinking rosemary tea daily could help control mild high blood pressure and improve cholesterol levels. It involved 47 adults with mild high blood pressure, some of whom also had high triglycerides. Participants drank the tea for 6 weeks while researchers tracked changes in their blood pressure and blood fats.
