Summary

This study tested whether drinking rosemary tea could help lower high blood pressure. For 45 days, 54 men with mild hypertension drank either rosemary tea or a placebo tea. Researchers measured their blood pressure and a key enzyme in the blood to see if the herbal tea had an effect.
