Summary
This study tested whether drinking rosemary tea every day for 6 weeks could help people with mild high blood pressure and high triglycerides (a type of blood fat). 47 adults took part, and researchers measured their blood pressure and blood fats before and after the study. The goal was to see if this simple herbal drink could improve heart health without medication.
