Summary

This study watches how well ropeginterferon alfa-2b works for adults with polycythemia vera who do not have an enlarged spleen. Researchers will track symptoms, blood counts, and side effects over 36 months. About 200 people will join to see if the drug helps control the disease in everyday medical practice.
