Summary
This study is testing whether regular rope skipping can improve heart and lung fitness in school children. Researchers will compare 178 children aged 6-12 who either do rope skipping or regular gym class for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this simple, accessible exercise can help prevent future health problems by building better fitness habits early.
