This study looked at 70 adults with a painless tooth infection (asymptomatic apical periodontitis) who needed a root canal. Researchers compared two types of sealers—a bioceramic one and a resin-based one—to see which caused less pain after a single visit. Participants rated their pain at 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, and 7 days after treatment.
