New dental sealer tested to save failing root canals
NCT ID NCT05714384
Summary
This study is testing a newer type of dental sealer (calcium silicate) during root canal retreatments. It aims to see if this sealer helps teeth heal better after a previous root canal treatment has failed. The researchers will follow 136 patients for at least a year, using 3D scans to check for healing and identify factors that lead to success.
