New study tests better root canal fillings to ease pain and speed healing

Summary
This study compares three different root canal medications placed between visits for people needing a second root canal treatment. The goal is to see which one best reduces pain, swelling, and inflammation. Sixty adults with infected lower molars will be randomly assigned to one of the three dressings, and their pain and healing will be tracked using scans and fluid samples.
