Summary
This study compared two root canal tools (WaveOne and ProTaper) in 146 adults with painful tooth nerve inflammation. The goal was to see which tool leads to less pain after the procedure. Patients rated their pain at several times over a week. Results may help dentists choose a gentler technique.
