NCT ID NCT07618182
First seen Jun 02, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests two different strengths of a common root canal rinse (sodium hypochlorite) to find out which one leads to less pain after treatment. About 116 adults needing a root canal will be randomly assigned to receive either a 2.5% or 5.25% rinse. They will rate their pain at 6, 12, 24, and 48 hours after the procedure to see which concentration works better.
